Our Leadership
That’s because Lynne has been leading Pay Equity projects since the inception of Pay Equity in 1989. She has designed and developed several methodologies and systems to fulfill Pay Equity both in unionized and non-union settings across both the public and private sectors, including:
- Designing and customizing gender-neutral job comparison systems
- Job content profiles (job descriptions)
- Employee questionnaires
- Developing project plans that efficiently complete the entire process from data collection to reconciliation of disagreements
- Training systems for client staff to utilize the various tools for the development and maintenance of Pay Equity
- Providing support for ongoing Pay Equity maintenance
Lynne also has extensive experience working with and enhancing a diverse set of job comparison systems put forward by various bargaining groups and employers.
As HRWise’s Project Manager and Principal Consultant, Lynne has effectively led implementation teams for hundred of Pay Equity projects. She is regularly called upon to support employers who require creative solutions that solve problems with their process or the Pay Equity Commission. This includes working with union consultants to resolve union-management disputes, working closely with Pay Equity Review Officers to achieve an agreement for her clients, and providing expert opinions on Pay Equity issues.
Lynne is the author of HRWise’s current Pay Equity system, which is completely customizable for a variety of implementation requirements, allowing us to serve a broad cross-section of employers from educational institutions to hospitals to manufacturing.
