Cultivating Empowered Workspaces by Championing Diversity and Inclusion

At HRWise, we’re committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the workforce. Our Employment Equity Plan service is designed to guide organizations in creating comprehensive strategies that ensure equal representation of designated groups. But what exactly is an Employment Equity Plan, and how can HRWise assist you in this important endeavour?

The HRWise Employment Equity Plan

An Employment Equity Plan is a strategic document that outlines an employer’s commitment to achieving fair representation of four designated groups within their workforce. These groups are:

Women
Aboriginal Peoples
Persons with disabilities
Members of Visible Minorities

Our team of experts at HRWise is here to assist your company in crafting a customized Employment Equity Plan that aligns with your goals and values. Here’s how we do it:

In-Depth Analysis
We conduct a thorough assessment of your current workforce and identify areas where representation may be lacking among the designated groups.
Tailored Strategies
We work closely with you to develop tailored policies and practices aimed at correcting any under-representation. These strategies are designed to be effective and actionable, with short-term goals spanning up to three years.
Ongoing Support
Our commitment doesn't stop at creating the plan. We provide continuous support and guidance to help you implement and monitor the strategies, ensuring they make a lasting impact.
At HRWise, we understand that creating an Employment Equity Plan can be complex. That's why we emphasize clarity and simplicity in our approach, making the process accessible and trustworthy.
